What to send
- A number that looks wrong. Include the instrument, your account currency, balance, risk percentage, stop distance and entry price. Those six things are enough to reproduce any result on the site.
- A pip convention that does not match your broker. Say which instrument and what your broker shows.
- A broker configuration question. Contract sizes and minimum lot sizes vary by broker; if a result conflicts with what your platform allows, that is worth telling us about.
- Anything else. Corrections, suggestions, or a question about how a figure is derived.
What not to send
Do not include your trading account number, your broker login, your password, or any other credential. None of it is needed to answer a question about the calculator, and email is not a secure channel for it.
What this address is not
It is not a support desk for any broker, and it cannot give trading advice. Questions about your account, your orders or your positions go to your broker. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
